Financial Wellness Consultant / Team Leader (Vanderbijlpark)

SUMMARY:
Financial Wellness Consultant urgently required for a company specialising in Financial Services in Vanderbijlpark.

POSITION INFO:

Role Description and Duties

•  Auditing and Validating of all EAO’s upon inception
• Accurate implementation/loading of EAO on GAS system
• Continuous auditing of statements and EAO’s
• Interacting with Employer Groups, Employees and Creditors
• Handling of queries and escalations
• Effective query resolution
• Managing of incoming and outgoing payment files
• Reconciliation of unallocated funds; e.g. refunds, failed payments, returned payments and general savings
• Compliance with all relevant legislation; e.g. Magistrate’s Court Act, Popi Act, etc.
• Maintaining information on GAS system
• Negotiating with Creditors
• Monthly and daily reporting
• Meeting divisional deadlines
• Meeting divisional targets
• Identifying leads that might convert into new clients

 Qualifications & Experience

•  Grade 12 or equivalent
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience preferably in a customer service industry
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a financial environment
• A minimum of 3 years’ legal background will be advantageous
• Computer literacy( Word, Excel, Outlook) with advanced Excel Skills
• Working knowledge of the Magistrates Court Act will be highly advantageous
