POSITION INFO:

Our client, a dynamic Wealth Management Company based in the North seeks to employ a Financial Planning Assistant/Broker Secretary to be part of a vibrant passionate client interfacing company, to provide administration support for the financial planning team.

Our client is one of the largest independent financial planning companies in South Africa

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

Matriculation
Level 5 Wealth Management Certificate (or equivalent qualification) would be an advantage

Job Specification

Submit and follow up all forms and servicing requests
Prepare documents (forms, policy schedules)
Handle all client administration queries
Load and update policy and investment information on financial planning tool
Work closely with team to ensure all required administration processes take place.

Experience

Must have done administrative work for a financial planner in an individual business capacity.
Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience with the following products : Risk Products (Life/Disability/Dread Disease Cover); Investment Products (Retirement Annuities, Preservers, Living Annuities, Endowments, Unit Trusts)
Computer Literacy – Xplan or financial planning software – Astute, Outlook, Word and Excel

Remuneration
