POSITION INFO:

Our client, one of the largest Independent Financial Planning Companty, is seeking to employ a skilled Broker Secretary (Administrator Broker Secretary/Financial Planner Assistant ) to provide administration support to a financial planning team in order to help them to empower their clients to retire successfully

Qualifications

Matriculation
Level 5 Wealth Management Certificate (or equivalent qualification) would be an advantage

Job Specification

Submit and follow up on all forms and servicing requests
Prepare documents (forms, policy schedules)
Handle all client administration queries
Load and update policy and investment information on financial planning tool
Work closely with team to ensure all required administration processes take place.

Minimum Requirements

Matriculation
Level 5 Wealth Management Certificate (or equivalent qualification) is preferable
2 - 3 years''''''''experience with the following products : Risk Products, (Life/Disability/Dread Disease cover), Investment Products (Retirement Annuities, Preservers, Living Annuities, Endowments, Unit Trusts)
Computer Literacy XPlan, or Financial Planning Software such as Astute, also strong Outlook, Word Excel

Experience

Must have done administrative work for a Financial Planner in an individual business capacity
Would also consider a Graduate who has a Financial Planning Degree /Honours degree
Minimum 2 -3 yers'''''''' experience working with the following products : Risk Products - Life, Disability, Dread Disease Cover) Investment Products - Retirement Annuities, Preservers, Living Annuities, Endowments, Unit Trusts
Computer Literacy - X Plan, or Financial PlanningSoftware, Astute, Outlook, Word, Excel
