Financial / Operations Assistant / PA to the CEO - Meat and Food Processing Manufacturing Industries

SUMMARY:
A well-established Market leader specialising within the Meat and Food processing manufacturing and equipment industries requires the above to assist and support the CEO in the operations of the company.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements for the role:

• Previous experience having worked within a Financial Administration or Operations Administration or related role supporting the CEO in the day to day  Operations of the company.
• The successful candidate must have excellent Administration and Organisational skills.
• BComm Accounting or Business Management or related qualification is essential for this role.
• Must be good with figures and have a good understanding of Finance Administration.
• Must have intermediate to advanced excel skills.
• Must have excellent people skills as you will be interacting with the Junior and Senior staff and Management within the company.
• Must be disciplined and self-motivated and able to work on their own.
• Incorporate procurement etc.
• Must be computer literate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Assist the CEO with all operational administration functions within the company.
• Liaise with all staff and Senior Management carrying out orders and co-ordinating and ensuring they are all actioned promptly.
• Manage and ensure that all administration, financial, sales and operations tasks are all completed on time.
• Liaise with the Financial Director, Procurement Director following up on various tasks for the CEO in their absence.
• Collate various information and present it to the CEO in the form of a power point presentation.
• Collate and prepare excel spreadsheets with financial information regarding pricing and various other product details.
• Follow up on instructions that the CEO has given the OPCO Team in terms of driving KPI’s.
• Be the CEO’s 2IC in terms of following up on all outstanding tasks.
• Interact and liaise with customers on behalf of the CEO.
