Suitable applicants must have completed B Com Accounting degree together with SAICA Articles at a reputable Auditing firm
Experience must include auding exposure of manufacturing companies
Minimum 5 years POST Articles working experience within a manufacturing company
Completed CTA would be advantageous
Must have sound knowledge of the TAX ACT and UP TO DATE knowledge of IFRS
Good report writing skills and analytical abilities
Accountability for preparation of:
- Management Accounts
- Balance sheet functions
- VAT submission
- Maintenance of fixed asset register
- Ad hoc functions including: Insurance management, daily EFT payments, creditors recons, preparation for year-end audits, all journal entries
Experience within the BUILDING / CIVIL industry would be advantageous
