SUMMARY:
An established property development company seeks a Financial Administration Manager to join the team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The successful candidate would have the following experience:

Preparation of annual financial statements
CIPC returns
Debtors & Creditors
Working knowledge of tax
Quarterly and annual budgeting
5-7 years experience in accounting with at least 2 years experience in property development.
Cash flow management
Project costing
Exposure to contract law would be advantageous

Education Criteria:

Bcom OR NQF Level 7
