SUMMARY:
Durban North. Qualified CA(SA) with solid Financial Management experience secures this position with Telecommunications company.

POSITION INFO:
Will suit competent Financial Manager with strong Excel skills, impeccable attention to detail, ability to perform well under pressure and knowledge of CaseWare, Pastel Partner, SAP, and VAT.

Responsibilities:

Preparation of monthly reconciliations and management accounts
Capture and reconcile bank statements
Preparation of monthly VAT reconciliations and submission of monthly VAT returns
Oversee debtors and creditors
Assist customers with account related queries
Assist bookkeeper with payroll queries and submission of EMP201’s and EMP501’s
Preparation of monthly payroll reconciliations
Liaise with external Accountants
Calculate provisional tax payments
Calculate and submit tax returns for certain group companies
Prepare year end trial balance and supporting files for external accountants
Train junior staff
Assist with stock counts
Oversight and super user for ERP System
