This role required someone who has a strong understanding of the property industry and who can add value to the company.

Responsibilities:

IFRS Compliance
General Ledger Management
Drafting reports and Financial Statements
Dealing with controls and compliance

Qualifications and Experience Required:

CA accreditation is essential
1 to 3 year’s post article Experience is required
Property experience is essential
CaseWare and MDA system experience is preferred.
