SUMMARY:
A specialized international manufacturing company is looking for a confident and motivated Financial Manager. If you can inspire others while providing outstanding quality work, this opportunity is perfect for you!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provide accurate budgeting and forecasting
Consolidate multiple entities
Compile monthly financial reporting
Supervise the company insurance portfolio
Ensure accurate and timeous quarter-end and year-end
Reconcile, account for, and sign off-balance sheet transactions
Sustain the standard costing system on SYSPRO
Responsibly manage the online infrastructure of the ERP system
Manage BOMS with assistance from the Cost Accountant
Ensure all income statements are reconciled and signed off monthly
Support the company in decision-making according to NPV and IRR modeling
Investigate projects involving volume analysis and cost-benefit
Ensure efficient communication with the company’s external and internal auditors
Review internal controls regarding stock control
Assist with ad hoc projects as requested

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2-3 Years of experience in the Manufacturing industry is non-negotiable
Excellent technical accounting knowledge
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems preferred
Familiarity with Forex
Ability to manage others
Great interpersonal and communication skills

Qualification:
CA(SA) OR CIMA
OR
Finance degree and Honours
