SUMMARY:
A high-performance, international organisation is seeking a competent Financial Manager to manage the finance team and report directly to the MD. This position is a great combination of strategy and operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION:


Regular interaction with company external and internal auditors
Ensure all reconciliations are completed and signed off on a monthly basis
Ensure that the standard costing system is correctly maintained
Work closely with the MD to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting for the entities
Ensure that all income statement and balance sheet transactions are correctly accounted
Attend monthly board meetings and ensure that monthly board packs are presented
Ensure that all foreign transactions are hedged
Ensure timeous and accurate full monthly financial reporting and consolidation for three business entities
Manage and develop direct staff reports by promoting a healthy corporate culture

Skills & Experience:
Manufacturing industry experience NON-NEGOTIABLE
Ability to liaise at various levels
Good project planning and organising skills
Strong technical abilities

Qualification:
CIMA OR CA(SA)
