SUMMARY:

Our client needs a technically strong individual to set their sights on managing the finance team and ensure timeous and correct reporting. JOB DESCRIPTION:

Compilation of board packs for meetings
Management of internal and external audit process
All statutory compliance including VAT, PAYE, Compliance, BBBEE and STATSSA
Stats SA reporting
Capex budgets
Fixed assets
Management of inventory including stock counts
Oversee month-end payroll processes
EMP501 reconciliations, Generate EMP201
Assess and monitor effective internal controls and systems
Implement controls to improve efficiencies and mitigate risks
Verify compliance with internal controls
Management of finance teams
Provide training where necessary
Performance management of teams and set KPAs.
 
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 – 5 Years Post Article experience
Team Management experience non-negotiable
Full Finance function
 
Qualification:
SAICA or SAIPA Articles
