A JSE listed company leading in the logistics and supply chain industry with a variety of fleet, dealership, and supply chain solutions in over 21 countries and three continents including Europe, sub-Sharan Africa, and the Asia pacific. The purpose of the role is to oversee yearend audit, ensure accurate preparations of monthly review, and make recommendations for the update of financial accounting policies. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the preparation of annual financial statements (AFS). Preparation of monthly and yearly budgets, strategic plans, Forecasting, variance analysis of financial and Strategic management.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements

BCom
Honours in accounting is advantageous

Skills

Knowledge Accounting Standards
Knowledge and application of internal control principles, policies, and procedures
Ability to prepare a complete set of annual financial statements
Ability to complete monthly management accounts and budgets
incorporating an income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement
