SUMMARY:
Our client, in the Property Management Industry, is looking for a financial manager to join their dynamic and vibrate team. The successful individual will report to the Financial Director and your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Monthly reporting
Monthly management accounts and cash flow projections
Monthly bank, credit cards, deposits, control accounts recons
Creditors and payment authorizations
Journals, Income Statement and Balance Sheet
Supplier and Municipal accruals

Skills & Experience:
Computer literate
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to speak and understand Afrikaans
Xero and Simple Pay beneficial
 
Qualification:
CA(SA) preferred OR AGA(SA)
Minimum 2 -3 years post articles experience
People management is beneficial
