Head up the Financial Department for a Wholesale concern based in Rustenburg

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position based in Rustenburg

Position ideally suited for a male candidate

Company within the FMCG Wholesale sector seeks an experienced Financial Manager

· Daily and Monthly Management reports

· Management and Control of Staff

· Capturing of cash books and Journals

· Daily and monthly Cash Flow duties

· Budgets and forecasts

· Sales Reports

· Loss control

· Journals

· Balance sheet

· Preparing income statements

· Reconciliations of accounts

Creditors and Debtors control including preparation of remittances and reconciliation
Weekly variance reports
Fixed assets
VAT, PAYE, UIF
Salaries and Wages
Payroll processing
Checking and correcting staff clocking system
Capturing spread sheets
Month end duties
Journal entries
Monthly updates
Preparing month end procedures
