Financial Manager â€“ R40k p/m CTC â€“ Centurion, JHB â€“ Perm

POSITION INFO:

This leading manufacturer of luxury bath ware creations needs a financial guru to join their established company. The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

1. Relevant completed financial qualification
2. 5 years experience in a senior financial capacity
3. Excellent Excel skills as well as exposure on ERP systems (ability to train self on Netsuite)
4. Strong financial background, manufacturing exposure will be advantageous
5. Strong cost accounting abilities – being in the manufacturing environment there are various factors influencing profits e.g. change in volume; price sensitivities; change in volume sold; change in volume manufactured; etc.
6. Leadership and management abilities – being able to lead a team (not all being accountants; must be able to work with a diverse group of skills)
7. Strong reporting abilities – daily; weekly and monthly reporting
8. Analytic skills; report writing ability; good communication skills
9. Fluent in Afrikaans & English
