POSITION INFO:

A well-established company based in Centurion is looking to employ an experienced Financial Manager!

Purpose of the role:

To manage the organisationâ€™s various finance functions, including finance and accounting, financial planning, budgeting and analysis, procurement, regulatory and risk management and compliance,

The Financial Manager will manage the finance team and report to the Divisional Head of Finance.

Requirements:

Must have a degree in relevant field; BCom and CIMA
5 yearsâ€™ experience in financial management or similar role
Must have management experience and demonstrate the ability to lead a team
Strong planning, attention to detail and deliver on deadlines
Proven track record of outstanding performance
Proven track record of managing budgets successfully
Strong management reporting skills and interpretation of data
Ability to budget and forecast financial position
Build on current processes to deliver efficiencies and manage compliance requirements
Strong interpersonal, management and leadership skills â€“ ability to communicate and motivate the team
Experience using Sage Evolution will be preferable or a strong aptitude for learning on the job
Experience using FNB Online will be preferable or a strong aptitude for learning on the job
