POSITION INFO:

One of our clients in the renewable energy sector seeks to bring on board a skilled FM for their asset management business

Responsibilities:

Responsible for financial control, accounting flows, and financial reporting
Responsible for the budget, cashflow management and opex control
Responsible for lender reporting and equity / debt financial management
Responsible for relationships with key external stakeholders such as NERSA, ESKOM, Lenders, Municipalities, IPP Office
Responsible for statutory accounts and tax compliance
Responsible for internal controls and governance

Requirements:

CA(SA) / CIMA / SAIPA qulaified ideally, minimum of a degree in Accounting
3 years+ relevant experience in renewable energy and / infrastructure asset management
Applicants must be Employment Equity (South African PDI''s)
