This multi-national company is looking for an assertive Accountant to join their team to take responsibility of the full financial function. They are well-established and grows rapidly yearly. They are looking for someone who will take responsibility of budgeting, forecasting, review of debtors and creditors and amortisations. Education:

BCom Accounting with 2-3 years’ post articles experience within the property industry
Advanced Excel skills

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Budgeting
Forecasting
Tax / VAT
Amortisations
Tenant Installations
Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese
