A nationwide manufacturing conglomerate seeks and experienced, innovative and strategic thinker to join their finance team in the capacity of Financial Manager. This position will be for one of their subsidiaries specializing in heavy lifting equipment and will be based in Johannesburg East.

A nationwide manufacturing conglomerate seeks and experienced, innovative and strategic thinker to join their finance team in the capacity of Financial Manager.

This position will be for one of their subsidiaries specializing in heavy lifting equipment and will be based in Johannesburg East.

In this role, you will be responsible for the full finance function and being actively involved in month-end processes.

Duties include, but not limited to preparation of financial data, financial analysis, management accounts, reconcilations and drafting of financial statements.

Education:

BCom Honours in accounting or finance

Skills & Experience:

Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles in a non-negotiable

4 to 5 years'' experience in afinancial management role is non-negotiable

Operational and technical finance experience

Advanced MS Excel skills

Pastel, Syspro and Accpacc experience is essential

Strong people management skills

Financial acumen

Strong personality

Ability to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environment

Team player
