POSITION INFO:

A fantastic business, which is an entrepreneurial success story, is seeking to appoint someone to take control of their finance function as Financial Manager reporting to the directors and board.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, maintain and improve accounting systems
• Ensure that financial systems are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth
• Lead and build strong financial management and administrative capabilities and systems
• Financial reporting, analysis, interpretation and presentation
• Budget and forecast preparation
• Manage cashflow and funding to ensure business is appropriately capitalised
• Franchisee reporting and analysis
• Responsible for the financial accounting function and team
• Payroll preparation and administration
• Oversee procurement function

Requirements:

• Minimum of a degree in Accounting
• More than 5 years'' financial control and financial management experience
• Keen business acumen, commercial awareness
• Sound technical accounting skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Adaptability, resilience and able to move with change
