A reputable concern whose focus is on supplying industrial equipment to its clients’ is looking for a dynamic and experienced Financial Manager to join their finance team!

JOB & COMPANY DESCRIPTION

The Financial Manager will be responsible for preparing the monthly consolidated management accounts as well as balance sheet reconciliations. The Financial Manager will also be responsible for managing the year end budget process and year end audit process. The successful incumbent will also be responsible for preparing the monthly management accounts and the annual and quarterly forecasts.

EDUCATION

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

• BCom Honors in Accounting
• SAICA/SAIPA articles completed

JOB EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

• At least 4-5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience in the manufacturing/engineering industries is preferred
• Working knowledge of Pastel would be preferred
• Working knowledge of consolidations is preferred
• Ability to lead and grow an effective team
• Sound technical and financial accounting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Significant reporting experience
