An established and global IT business seeks an experienced and innovative Financial Manager to join their team based in Centurion. This company boasts with large Tier 1 retail clients globally.

In this role, you will be responsible for undertaking all aspects of financial management, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.

Duties include, but not limited to preparation of budgets and presentation packs, monthly management packs and variance analysis, costing functions, capiral expenditure and logistics and distribution analysis.

Education:

BCom degree in finance or accounting

Skills & Experience:

Completed SAICA articles

3 to 5 years'' experience in a financial management role

People management experience is a non-negotiable

Operational finance experience is essential for this role

Experience in design, development, and implementation of financial internal controls is a non-negotiable

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Strong personality

Ability to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environment

Team player
