SUMMARY:
Financial Manager - R45k per month â€“ Permanent - Parow Industria â€“ Start ASAP

POSITION INFO:

This global export company in the fmcg sector urgently needs a strong individual to lead their Finance department.
Duties & responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Timely preparation of accurate management information and monthly accounts, including annual accounts and year-end audited pack.
- Active involvement in the preparation of annual budgets and short and long term forecasts
- Direct and supervise the preparation of all financial reports and records.
- Maintain the financial reporting specifications on the computer system
- Prepare ROI analysis for strategic development and monitor progress on strategic projects
- Preparation and reviewing of accounting information from source documentation to final trial balance
- Preparation, reviewing and completion of various differing reconciliations
- Calculation and submission of VAT returns
- Preparation of company tax returns

General requirements:

• SAICA /Bcom Accounting degree and/or similar qualification
• Experience: 5 – 10 years
• Advantageous: previous experience in production/manufacturing industry, Managerial skills and abilities, extensive knowledge on Pastel V12
• MS Excel advanced
• Must reside in NSUBS and surrounds
