Financial Manager

SUMMARY:
A Financial Manager is required for a large Commercial Property Group based in the Northern Suburbs of Johannesburg, Gauteng. R550k - R600k p.a. ctc + performance bonus

POSITION INFO:

Requirements

• BCom Honours or BCom
• 3-5 Years working experience
• Open to all race groups

Key Performance

Treasury & Banking

• Daily Banking Reports
• Subsidiary Facilities and Limits Management
• Daily Cash management
• Bank facility and accounts management
• ABF contracts and management
• Management of forex positions and limits
• General queries by subsidiaries on banking matters
• Manage all administration of bank accounts and signatories
• Manage all administration of electronic banking systems
• Letters of Guarantee + Trade Finance

Financial Accounting (HO)

• Capturing of financial transactions (cashbook, debtors,creditors, journals, salaries, etc)
• Reconciliations of general ledger accounts
• Payments to Creditors
• Monthly management accounts for head office companies
• Vat preparation + payment
• SARS salary preparation + payment
• EMP501 / EMP201 / IRP5''s on SARS easyfile 
• Calculation of Admin Fees + Management Fees
• Monitor Fixed Asset Register
• Pastel Evolution Administration - create/maintain companies and registration

Tax Management

• Compliance with all tax matters
• Monitoring of all tax matters
• Completion of all tax documentation / queries
• Submission of all tax documentation
• Provisional tax computations
• Provisional tax payments - IRP6''s
• Loading of information on E-filing for preparation of IRP 6''s
• Workmans compensation submission

External Auditing

• Liaise with external auditors to plan audit and perform audit plan
• Preparation of year end audit files
• HO Packs
• All Queries from External Auditors

Provident Funds & Medical Aid

• Liaising with brokers wrt medical aid on any queries relating to head office staff

Trademark administration

• Liaising with trademark attorneys for disposals, acquisitions, renewals
• Setting of Budgets and Planning
