A reputable concern in the retail industry, is looking for an energetic, target driven newly qualified CA (SA) to join their finance team as a Financial Manager.

JOB & COMPANY DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of monthly financial statements as well as supporting the month-end and year-end close process. The successful candidate will also be responsible for assisting with the budgeting process and ensuring quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting. The successful candidate will also take on the responsibility of reviewing balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries.

EDUCATION

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

Newly Qualified CA (SA)

JOB EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

Experience in the retail industry is preferred
Problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Sound technical accounting knowledge
