SUMMARY:
Financial Manager (BCom & SAIPA/SAICA) – Operations / Stock industry.

POSITION INFO:
A well-established organisation within the stock industry is seeking a driven Financial Manager to join their operations-focused finance team in Johannesburg East. This role is ideal for a hands-on finance professional with a strong technical foundation and experience in operational finance, FOREX, and African currencies.

The successful candidate will take ownership of financial management for operational functions, providing critical insights and supporting strategic and day-to-day decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage operational finance activities, including day-to-day reporting and reconciliations
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives
Oversee financial transactions related to FOREX and African currency operations
Prepare management accounts and financial reports for operational teams
Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making

Skills and Experience:

Qualification: BCom & SAIPA/SAICA
Experience: 3–5 years post-qualification
Strong operational finance exposure
Experience with FOREX and African currencies
Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and organisational skills
