SUMMARY:
Our FMCG client in Parow Industria requires your financial expertise to fulfill their junior role, managing cost calculations and liaising with their Key Account Client accordingly.

Ideally you would have worked in a dairy / butchery or bakery, working out costs from raw materials to completed product.

Excellent communication skills in both Afrikaans and English required. Fantastic position for an individual who has a finance qualification and wants to learn and grow in a costing role.
Must have own transport.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS

Matric,
A basic tertiary qualification in cost accounting (junior role)
A minimum of five (5) years proven experience
Must be willing to learn
Must have own transport
Strong Excel knowledge including pivot tables and v-lookup
Experience on Pastel would be an advantage
Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

DUTIES

Cost calculations on products sold
Gathering of all data needed to perform cost calculations
Billing of clients and extensive liaison with clients
Provide regular updates on goods sold to client and cost of goods sold
Assist with billing queries on client’s account
Report on cost information needed to Account Managers as well as the Finance and Admin Manager
Manage any other queries relating to cost, pricing, budget and sales projections on client’s account
General administration duties

Salary: negotiable dependent on experience
