Financial Controller – Equity requirement
The Employee will report to the Group Financial Manager and be jointly responsible across the group for, but not limited to, the following tasks, inter alia:
Oversee all bookkeeping functions
• Processing supplier invoices, ensuring that goods invoiced have been received and that goods purchased have been authorized.
• Following up of debtor’s overdues with the assistance of the Sales Dept.
• Ensuring timeous and accurate payment run.
• Monthly General Ledger, Creditors, Debtors and Intercompany accounts reconciliation to ensure accuracy, completeness, validity and timorousness of all financial information.
Financial Accounting
• Accurate and timely preparation and submissions of VAT201, EMP201 and all other necessary statutory returns.
• Maintenance and control of fixed asset registers.
• Review, analyse and provide variance reporting and explanation to budget.
• Monthly management information.
• Financial analysis and trending with recommendations.
• Annual Year End inventory stock take.
Assist Group Financial Manager
• Financial reporting to Italy and Germany.
• Internal controls establishment and update.
• Inventory valuation and ongoing recommend additional controls.
• Capex review and reporting.
• Cashbook processing and reconciliation.
• Budgeting (annual and 3-year outlook).
• Quarterly updated current year outlook.
• Liaison with External Auditors and oversee Annual Financial Year End Audit.
• Any other responsibilities relevant to the position or your skills and experience.
Outsourced
• assist in compiling annual financial statements and consolidated financials.
Currently done by Sales
• forecasting monthly sales and profit.
Other key requirements:
• B-BBEE candidate
• Advanced ability in SAP Business One accounting software will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the same line as per our job description
• Professionally mature, team player, analytic ability, self-driven, detail oriented
• Own transport

Salary range R25000 – R35000 pm CTC, dependent on level and experience.
13th cheque based on performance.
Annual leave of minimum 15 workdays pa, 20 workdays is not the norm but can be negotiated with successful
