The Role
As Financial Controller, you will take ownership of the full finance function, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting, and strong commercial insight across the business. You will work closely with senior leadership and operational teams to support sustainable growth, sound decision-making, and financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes

• Maintain strong financial controls, compliance, and governance across all operations

• Oversee cash flow management, cost control, and margin optimisation

• Provide clear financial insights and analysis to support operational and strategic decisions

• Manage audits, statutory reporting, and regulatory requirements

• Partner with operational leaders to improve financial performance and accountability

• Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and best practice

• Support new openings, projects, and growth initiatives as required

About You

• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager, ideally within hospitality, luxury, or service-driven environments

• Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial acumen

• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially minded

• Confident communicator able to work collaboratively with non-finance teams

• Organised, disciplined, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
