SUMMARY:
This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified SAIPA Accountant or a BCom +3 years experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

Monthly Accounting and capturing
Creditors function: Collection of invoices, obtaining approvals, loading of payments and capturing of selected properties
Debtors function: Monthly billing, utility and ad hoc recoveries, tenant queries and debtor collection of selected properties
Assisting with VAT Returns - Reconciliation and Submission
Assisting tenants / debtors with queries and reconciliations on accounts
Loading lease agreements and ensure that information is captured correctly
Periodical lease audits
Assisting with FICA and ITC checks for tenants

Requirements:

Newly SAIPA Qualified
BCom + 2 years experience in Accounting
