POSITION INFO:

Monthly management accounts and assisting of full management reports

Monthly Accounting and capturing on MDA property manager

Full Creditors function: Collection of invoices, obtaining approvals, loading of payments and capturing

Full Debtors function: Monthly billing, utility and ad hoc recoveries, tenant queries and debtor collection

VAT Returns - Reconciliation and Submission

Resolution of creditor and debtor queries

Assisting tenants / debtors with queries and reconciliations on accounts

Loading lease agreements on MDA and ensure that information is captured correctly

Periodical lease audits

FICA and ITC checks for tenants

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

MDA Property Manager preferred

Qualification:

Accounting Degree
