Financial Controller

SUMMARY:
A high performing company within the Services industry is currently seeking to recruit a qualified Chartered Accountant to fill the role of a Financial Controller.

POSITION INFO:

Our client has been successfully operating for more than quarter of a century and has established a sensational impression within the its industry. They are seeking to employ a qualified Chartered Accountant to fill the position of their Financial Controller. The successful incumbent must have prior experience working in the technology or marketing industry and will be responsible for but not limited to all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. Duties:

• Preparations of annual financial statements
• Full Finance Function
• Budgets and Forecasts
• VAT & Tax
• Liaise with auditors
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.

Qualification and Experience:

• Qualified CA(SA)
• 3 – 5 years commercial experience
• Must have management experience
• Must come from a Marketing / Technological company

Skills:

• Advanced excel knowledge
