SUMMARY:
A leading financial services company is looking for a Financial Controller to join their team for a

POSITION INFO:

A client of mine, a leading financial services company is looking for a Financial Controller to join their team based in Cape Town, for a 12 month contract. This role will involve a hands on approach within the finance department including management reporting, statutory accounting, budgeting, regulatory reporting, taxation, consolidation, group reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities:

Annual budget process
Responsibility for the accounting and statutory reporting
Monthly Management reporting
Reviewing and approving invoice batches from the accounts payable team
Month end accounting processes
Preparation of regular board reports

Requirements:

CA(SA)
Minimum 3 years experience post articles experience in a similar role
Previous financial services experience is essential
