SUMMARY:
Our focus client based in Centurion within the Manufacturing space is seeking a dynamic individual to join their fast growing organization.

POSITION INFO:

Job description:

• Responsible for the full Accounting function
• Accounting Administration, Filing, Data Capturing and Bookkeeping
• Financial Reporting
• Debtors and Creditors Control – 2/3 Direct Reportees
• Banking, Cashbooks, Payments
• Foreign payments and document processing, Foreign Debtors
• Reconciliations and Expenses
• Budgeting and cashflow forecasts
• Royalties and Commission
• Assets and Liabilities
• Assist with payroll when necessary
• Supervision of Accounting staff
• Assist the Group financial manager with the implementation and maintenance of accounting controls and processes for the accounts and admin departments
• Training of staff in Excel (Advanced level) and Xero

Requirements:

• Bcom or Bcompt
• SAIPA Articles and Membership
• 3 Year experience within a similar
• Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle
• Xero preferred but not essential
• Excel – Advanced level
• Payroll
