POSITION INFO:

We are currently recruiting for a well-known company in the FMCG/Retail industry. My client an international company is looking for an energetic newly qualified CA(SA) to join their team for an exciting new opportunity. They want an extrovert ready to take on new challenges and grow within the company. They want someone with excellent communication skills and a hard-working individual.

Primary objective:

• To be considered for this position candidates will need to meet the following criteria.
• CA (SA) with retail experience is a non-negotiable.
• Candidate must be willing to work of Saturdays from 08h00 – 13h00
• Have recently (in last six months) completed articles
• Confident and independent person who is a fast learner
• Being a team player
• Ability to use own initiative and work with minimum supervision
• Able to work flexible working hours (overtime when/if needed)
• Able to work under pressure in order to meet strict deadlines
• A strong entrepreneurial ability
• An ability to think logically
• Be assertive and forthright
• Be enthusiastic, positive and self-energised
• Have strong relationship building skills
• Be highly computer literate (Excel)
• Be conscientious and tenacious
• Be a motivator
• An ability to adapt to change quickly and effectively
• A strong financial and commercial aptitude
• An ability to see opportunities and turn them into reality
• A problem solver

Education:

• Qualified CA(SA) with retail experience during articles
• Fist time board passes
• Completed articles a one of the Big 4 firm (Deloitte, PWC, KPMG or E&Y)
• Golden key (benefit)
