JOB DESCRIPTION:

Financial Reporting
Reconciliation and reporting of Cashbook, Cashflow forecasting, cost allocations and creditors’ balances
Assisting with preparation of annual audit
Checking invoices to ensure SARS compliance
Reconciliation and reporting of the operating expenses and related functions
Assisting with cashflow
Capture payments in the accounting system
Debtor and creditor reconciliations
Supplier correspondence and follow up
Sending remittances

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 years of working experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good Excel skills
Team player with great communication skills
Deadline orientated and able to work under pressure
Remarkable attention to detail with the ability to detect errors.

Qualification:
Matric Certificate non-negotiable
Financial qualification preferred though a background in finance may be considered.
