SUMMARY:
Our Retail client in Melrose Arch is looking for an extremely well-presented and well-spoken Financial Assistant to assist with the general finances for all the companies in the group. Experience in Retail essential (based at a Retail store in Melrose). Min 1-2 years’ experience in bookkeeping, Creditors, Debtors, Invoicing, recons, supplier GRV's, stock and invoicing.
Experience on Zero would be ideal. Need to be mature and stable without any baggage. Potential candidates will be screened accordingly.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements

Matric
A bookkeeping certificate would be ideal
Min 1-2 years experience as a Financial Assistant
Previous experience in Retail or Property

Capturing
Quotations
Invoices
Debtors
Creditors
Statements
Reconciliations
GRV of supplier stock
