SUMMARY:
Vacancy: Financial Assistant based in Randpark Ridge. Minimum one - two year working experience. Advanced excel. Must be able to communicate in Afrikaans and English. Salary NEG depending on experience.

POSITION INFO:

Duties:

• Financial data capturing

• Updating of financial records

• Filing

• Preparation of financial reports

• Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable (debtors and creditors)

• Invoicing

• Providing assistance to the Financial Controller and Senior Manager: Finance, Administration and Business Operations

• Writing of reports

Requirements:

• Matric accounting required

• Knowledge of Pastel Sage Evolution (advantageous)

• Matric maths (advantageous)

• Advanced knowledge in Excel

• Analytical ability

• Display accuracy and attention to detail

• Time management and organisational skills

• Ability to work independently

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Ability to work with confidential information

• Display professionalism

• Be reliable and dependable

• Show ability to prioritise tasks

• Willingness to work overtime if and when needed

• No leave will be permitted during the peak season of September to February (as per Policy).
