An opportunity for an experienced Financial Assistant exists within a fast-paced multinational company, this role will require someone with the ability to handle large transaction volumes, communicate with clients and suppliers, and assist with the general day to day functions in the finance department. POSITION INFO:

Producing Monthly Balance Sheet schedules

Posting Sales and Cost of Sales for transactions

Reconciling and paying supplier statements

Posting and Reconciling bank transaction in the accounting system

Posting and Reconciling all control accounts

Reconciling all Balance Sheet nominals

Performing Month-end closures – prepayments, accruals, deferrals,

Posting and Reconciling Stock related items

Reconciling Intercompany and Intercompany Debtor control

Assisting in cashflow forecasting

Uploading invoices

Preparing Aged Debtor and Creditor reports

Assisting during audits

Ad hoc duties

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a highly transactional environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Good Mathematical understanding and skills

Qualification:

A Finance qualification is required
