SUMMARY:
Must have advanced Excel

POSITION INFO:

Tasks required to perform:

Financial data capturing.
Updating of financial records.
Filing.
Assisting with the preparation of financial reports.
Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable (debtors and creditors).
Invoicing.
Providing assistance to the Financial Administrator.

Requirements:

Matric accounting required.
Knowledge of Pastel Sage Evolution (advantageous).
Matric maths (advantageous).
- Advanced knowledge in Excel.
- Analytical ability.
- Display accuracy and attention to detail.
- Time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work with confidential information.
- Display professionalism.
- Be reliable and dependable.
- Show ability to prioritise tasks.
- Willingness to work overtime if and when needed.

No leave will be permitted during the peak season of September to February.
