POSITION INFO:
A leading pharmaceutical company, based in Pretoria North, is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Assistant to join their dynamic finance team. If you are looking to grow your career in a reputable and fast-paced environment, then this is the perfect opportunity as you will be part of a thriving and supportive team.

Duties:

Manage SARS eFiling and handle all tax submissions
Vet and process EMP transactions
Prepare and issue invoices and delivery notes
Oversee payroll functions
Maintain the cashbook and perform reconciliations

Education and Experience:

BCom
Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles is required
Proven experience in a similar financial role
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be a distinct advantage

Skills:

Proficient in Pastel Accounting
Strong understanding of financial procedures and SARS compliance
