Financial Administrator with Pastel Payroll & Sage Evolution Exp (Atlantis Industrial, Cape Town) R16,000 PM

Duties include:

-        Processing invoices, including:

• Calling with reminders and /or sending emails
• Resolving queries
• Sending out monthly statements

-        Calling suppliers, including:

• Calling for invoices and statements if required
• Resolving queries
• Sending out monthly remittances to suppliers

-        Human Resources, including:

• Adding new employees to the clocking system and signing contracts and processing required documentation
• Checking clock-ins on a daily basis
• Processing weekly wages on Sage Pastel payroll

-        Financial, including:

• Debtors control
• Creditors control
• Payroll

Required:

-        Diploma in Accounting / Finance

-        Minimum of 3 – 4 years’ experience in a similar role

-        Driver’s license and own car

-        Excel (intermediate to advanced) is REQUIRED

-        Pastel payroll and Sage Evolution experience is REQUIRED

-        A minimum of 3 years of debtors and credit control experience

-        Computer literate in MS Office Suite

-        Prospective candidates must reside in Melkbos, Riebeekstrand, Blouberg, Parklands or Table View
