POSITION INFO:

Job & Company Description:

An investment giant seeks an organized, driven and motivated Financial Administrator to join their finance team in Waterfront, Cape Town on a FTC.

*Please note that this position does not have a guarantee to go permanent. Candidates who can commence employment immediately will be preferred.

The successful incumbent will have the flexibility to work from home, a reliable internet connection is required on own expense.

In this role, you will be responsible for creditors control, cash management, credit card recons, month-end reporting, GL maintenance and adhoc projects.

The successful incumbent will be handling high volumes and therefore meticulous attention to detail is required. Candidates who classify themselves as energetic, organizaed, trustworthy and self-disciplined are invited to apply for this position.

Education:

Matric (Grade 12) with mathematics and accounting subjects

Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance / Accounting

Skills & Experience:

2+ years'' experience in a full bookkeeping role

Strong creditors experience is NON-NEGOTIABLE

Experience on AccPac would be highly beneficial

Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

Ability to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environment

Team player

Own reliable transport and valid drivers license essential
