JOB DESCRIPTION:

Your Diploma in Fanancial planning will enable you to conduct:

  • Generating quotes (Investments, life cover etc.)
  • Implementing and monitoring client proposals and submitting applications
  • Implementing changes, switches, additions etc.
  • Manage client queries
  • Arrange and finalise repurchases and withdrawals
  • Submitting transfers etc.
  • Manage and drive outstanding requirements (FICA, Medicals etc.)
  • Ensure that product provider implements instructions correctly and within and reasonable timeframe
  • Developing, and reviewing clients’ financial plans, preparing client reports, reviews etc.
  • Assist with event planning
  • Gather and prepare information for client meetings (Reviews, proposals, implementations etc.)
  • Ensure client filing (Online and physical) is up to date
  • General office duties - Scanning, printing etc.
  • Manage advisor’s diary (Client birthdays, meetings etc.)
  • Provide holistic administrative support to financial advisor

You must be comfortable and experienced in working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
