A well-established purchasing organization seeks an experienced and innovative Financial Administrator to join their finance team based in Midrand.

The purpose of this role will be to assist the Financial Controller with managing and development of controls, preparation of the annual budget, preparation of financial reports, preparation of annual financial statements, managing cash flow and maintaining ledger accounts and accounting processes, as well as sending statements to all suppliers and follow up on non-payment of funds due, to name but a few.

Education:

Diploma or degree in finance management

Skills & Experience:

3 to 4 years experience in a similar role is essential

Strong computer literacy

Financial and business acumen

Experience with cost saving, budgets and forecasts

Strong personality

Ability to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environment

Team player

Someone who are prepared to work extended hours when need be
