An industrial technology company seeks an experienced Financial Administrator to join their finance team based in Cape Town.

In this role, your main responsibilities will include keeping financial records, preparing bills and delivering high-quality customer service.

The successful incumbent will be an individual with a keen eye for detail, strong mathematical skills and the ability to multi-task efficiently.

Duties include but not limited to:

Process bills and receipts

Verify financial data

Monitor financial transactions

Assist with account reconciliations

Assist with purchasing, shipping and logistics

Education:

Diploma / BCom in Accounting / Finance

Job Experience & Skills Required:

2 to 3 years’ experience in an financial administrative role

Advanced MS Excel skills

Xero accounting experience will be highly beneficial

Strong administrative skills

Deadline driven

Meticulous attention to detail

Own reliable transport is non-negotiable
