Billing Clerk , creditors clerk , payments collections banking on line recons cashbook

Our client in Financial services based in Rondebosch Capetown requires a Junior settlement liasion officer to join their team .

Minimum Requirements:

Matric, relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous
Must Be ITC and Criminal Clear

Minimum Experience Required

Minimum 3 - 5 years Fianancial administration or similar poistion

Specific Skills (Technical):

Excel proficient at an intermediate
Experience in working in a finance accounting environement
Working experience with online enviroment

The successful applicant must:

Have good verbal and written communication skills and be able to work well as part of a team
Prepared to work overtime if necessary
Committed to achieving deadlines
Attention to detail / accuracy
Be self-driven
Be organised and assertive
Be a logical thinker
Be able to work independently

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain daily re-con of money movement
- Confirm settlement of new clients/receivers
- Processing of monthly cashbook
- Preparing other reconciliations
- Other tasks relevant to the position
