Financial Accounts Manager - Export

SUMMARY:
Strong Commercial Vehicle Company urgently seeking a Financial Accounts Manager to handle their Head Office Base

POSITION INFO:

• Customer/Sales/Dealer/Export and import consultant relationship building
• Complete application process: which includes but is not limited to the following

- Collating client information, liaising with sales and finance department for respective information,

- being able to provide deal recommendation and motivations, follow up on Conditions of Approval

• Preparation of Approval Letters and distribution thereof to clients
• Preparation of various contracts (country and client specific) to including forwarding to client and   ensuring return of signed document
• Preparation of supporting security documents
• Collections Management: providing clients with schedule of upcoming payments and/or following            up on arrear status of accounts, monitor daily banking through Finance Department for client    payments made
• Preparation of weekly/monthly reports
• Client interaction through visits, zoom based meetings, telephone calls
• Compliance Management: adhering to FIC, NCR Regulations
• Risk Management: maintaining a good level of risk management in the following areas:

  insurance confirmations, license renewals, client’s security, repossession related risks)

• Local/Export travel will be required
• Lead generation through client/dealer/sales relationships
• General client enquiries
• General administration
• General filing

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Well presented, respectful and energetic
• Good problem solving skill including the ability to understand related business requirements
• Fluent in English
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Detail orientated
• Previous experience in the following will be advantageous

- Sales

- Commercial Dealer Stock Control

- Banking in Asset Finance and Floorplans

- Finance/Accounting

- Debtors Collection

• General administration
• Computer literacy

- Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

- Dealer network systems: Dearlernet, Automate)

- Finance System: Xprerek
