SUMMARY:
Our well established client based in the South of JHB is urgently looking for a Financial Accountant to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Min Requirements:-

Bachelor''s Degree in Acccounting or Related field
Strong Computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite and FInancial Reporting Software
2+ years Experience with Financial accounting systems, extraction of financial data & data analysis
Experience with Integrated aspect of typical modern accounting systems Essential

Responsiblities:-

Preparing the onthly profit and loss, balance sheet reports
Tax reporting and inventory processing
Collecting and Analysis data, which is then used in the preparation of weekly and monthly management accounts
Prepare Budgets for the entire company and by department
Forecast costs and revenues
Manage General Ledger and Subsidiary Ledger reconciliations (including Bank, debtors, creditors, suspense and interdepartmental accounts)
Analyse and interpret data in order to provide financial management information for decision making
Verify and approve payment transactions
Preparing weekly cash flow statements and controlling expediture and cash flow
Assisting with the preparation of year end accounts and statutory accounts
Managing and traiing staff when necessary
Assist with ad hoc projects
