SUMMARY:
Supplier of PPE, chemicals, paper products, and industrial consumable supplies has an opening for a self-motivate and goal-driven Financial Accountant (EE) to join their team to perform the full financial accounting function.

POSITION INFO:

Successful incumbent will have a completed National Diploma in Accounting / B.Com (Accounting) degree, with 5+ years related experience in a similar role. Responsibilities include processing journals, capturing cashbooks, ensure the validity, accuracy and completeness for GL for the responsible branches, monthly and quarterly recons, assisting in preparation of monthly Flash and Management Account Reports, supervision of a team of Creditors Clerks, review and authorisation of creditors / suppliers recons for payment; assisting Creditors Clerks with queries; preparing adhoc reports for FM and CFO as and when required; inter-branch and inter-group transfers and invoice processing; assisting Internal and External Auditors and adhoc system administrative tasks. Recent working experience on Syspro essential.
